15B. Necessity of service of order copy along with demand notice

Any notice of demand in respect of assessment of tax, or imposition of penalty, or determination of interest, as the case may be, made under the provisions of the Act, shall be served upon an employer or person along with a copy of the order relating to such assessment, or imposition, or determination, of tax, or penalty, or interest.
